Once we perform the information gathering visit, we can move onto the next step.

Estimates and Recommended Courses of Action After step two, we can consider information learned and measurements taken and develop estimates and Recommendations. Once we have provided you with the information you need to make a decision, the ball is in your park.

A Note From John

Hi, thank you for taking the time to get to know me. My name is John Dylan Barker. Both sides of my family had holistic home builders on them (meaning they worked on every aspect of a house from start to finish). These amazing men spent their lives pouring their blood, sweat, and tears into their construction projects.

After learning so much naturally from them over the years of working with them, I decided to take our family legacy to the next level by becoming an expert in building science principles. Creating healthy homes that last generations and are energy efficient elevates our wide range of trade knowledge to an even higher level.

I am so thankful that so many folks have given me the honor of working on their homes. I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you directly as a customer and make your experience as painless as possible with results that have a lifetime impact.
